Before you apply

Use the public route and pricing pages to compare options without uploading identity documents. The sample workspace uses fictional names and company details.

Enquiries and privacy choices

When you use the contact form, Sharkup stores your name, reply email, topic and message in the staff inbox so the team can reply. Use your workspace for identity documents.

Optional analytics and advertising tags on public pages load according to your privacy choices. You can change your choices on the public site.

Application and visa details

The formation application records your chosen business activity, company names, shareholders and ownership, visa needs and premises. Additional details depend on the legal form and issuing authority.

Identity and visa checks can require contact details, passport details, photographs, residency information and supporting documents. Submit information for other people only when you are authorised to act for them.

Your drafts and uploads

Signed-in drafts are associated with your workspace account. Open a saved application to review its details. Open Documents to review or download your uploads. To delete an attachment, first remove it from any linked case, save the change, then delete the file in Documents.
